Equipped with operable walls which configure into a variety of independent spaces, the Pontchartrain Center showcases 46,080 square feet of column-free exhibit/assembly space, which compliments 14,681 square feet of multi-use meeting rooms.
The Center accommodates intimate gatherings of 50 to the more rigorous demands of 3,700. The Center provides space for over 280 exhibit booths with a ceiling height of 35 feet in first floor Halls A, B, and C and 12 feet in the Meeting Rooms which allows for exhibits of nearly any size.

The Center's 9,750 square feet lobby and 25,000 square feet glassed mezzanine lobby gaze over soft orange sunsets resting on shimmering Lake Pontchartrain; the ideal ambience for a post or pre-function assemblage and for ample registration accommodations. Complete electrical and other utility services are located in the lobby and in the main halls.

Choices of a variety of portable stage sizes allow for a selection of concert configurations varying from a minimum seating of 800 to a maximum of 3,700. Spacious dressing rooms and shower facilities allow promoters to provide both private and group accommodations.

With padded seating for 3,600, the Pontchartrain Center combines the dual atmosphere of a small, intimate setting with that of a larger arena's accommodations.
One's set-up configuration is only limited by one's imagination whether it be a sporting event, concert, or a banquet in the new Belle Grove Plantation Ballroom, complete with crystal chandeliers, plush carpeting, and a walnut parquet dance floor.
Both permanent and portable concession facilities serve patrons efficiently with the flexibility of opening to both the lobby and assembly area. A full service kitchen operated by Messina's Catering/Concessionaire, the Center's in-house caterer, features local cuisine and gourmet menus for the smallest gathering to a maximum of over 3,000 patrons.
