Hall A/B
It’s multi-purpose flexibility creates stylish settings for anything from concerts and sporting events to theatrical performances and graduations to banquets and trade shows.
The column-free space of Halls A & B offer a sophisticated but spacious atmosphere for the grandest of events. At 23,200 contiguous square feet, Hall A is the largest of our exhibit halls. Separated by an airwall, Hall A and Hall B will combine for a total contiguous square footage of 34,560.
In addition to the 1,955 elevated seats in Hall A, an additional 1,106 seats are available for use in Hall B. With padded seating for over 3,000 people, the Pontchartrain Center combines the dual atmosphere of a small, intimate setting with that of a larger arena’s accommodations.
Our specially designed telescopic seating, provides for a range of events from boisterous wrestling matches and concerts to serene cultural events. Permanent balcony seating, as well as flexible floor seating, offers audiences and spectators optimum sight lines.
Additional amenities include:
- 35 foot ceiling heights with available rigging points
- Drive-in accessibility via (2) 18 x 18 foot roll-up doors
- 2 scoreboards/message boards
- Accommodates 1,200 people banquet-style
- Accommodates 3,000 people reception-style
- Accommodates 3,400 people concert-style
- Permanent and portable concessions facilities available through Messina’s-Ovations
